You design it digitally. We build it and fulfill it.

Artists shouldn't need a welding bay to make a nine-foot sculpture. Facet a model in the studio, choose the material, finish, and joint treatment, and our shop turns that flat pattern into a welded, finished, crated piece. Publish it to the catalog and every order a buyer places is built and shipped by us on your behalf.

From your screen to the buyer's door

STEP 01

You design in the browser

Upload an STL, OBJ, or GLB, set the facet count and surface tolerance, and dial in the finished height. Nothing about the shape is decided for you.

STEP 02

You pick the build spec

Material and thickness (16g, 12g, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4), finish (raw metal, polished, or powder coat in your color), and joint treatment — stitch welded, welded raw, or welded and ground smooth.

STEP 03

We quote it instantly

Facet count, weld length, sheet count, and material weight feed the shop's labor-hour model, so the price you see is the price we build to.

STEP 04

You publish or order

Order the piece for yourself, or list it in the catalog. Either way you can also download the manufacturing pack — nested DXF, instruction PDF, and faceted STL.

STEP 05

We build and fulfill

Every catalog order drops into our shop queue with your exact spec. We cut, weld, finish, crate, and ship it to the buyer, and your earnings accrue on each copy sold.

Buyers, too

Sizes stay flexible

Catalog buyers can resize a listing within our shop limits and re-spec material and finish. The form stays exactly as you designed it — only the scale and spec change.

On the floor

Six stations, in order

01

Cutting

The nested flat pattern goes straight to a fiber laser for sheet up to 1/4 in. Facet numbers are etched at low power so they survive handling and grinding.

02

Sorting

Parts are broken out and racked in assembly order, with the instruction PDF's edge-match table on the bench so no facet lands reversed.

03

Tacking

The form is built up in facet-number sequence on an adjustable jig table, tacked only, so any distortion is pulled out before anything is welded solid.

04

Welding

Seams are run in a stagger pattern to control heat, to the joint treatment ordered: stitch, full welded raw, or full welded and ground flush.

05

Finishing

Grind and blend, then the chosen finish — mill scale left raw and clear-coated, polished, or powder coated in the selected color.

06

Crating

Custom crate, foam-blocked, photographed along the way, then released to freight with tracking pushed back to the buyer's order page.
