Welded sculptures are quoted straight from the mesh: how many triangles, how much sheet it consumes, what it's cut from, and how many feet of weld it takes to close it up.

Sets cut path length, part handling, and total weld seam.
Sheet area
Nested area across 48 × 96 in sheets, including drop.
Material & thickness
Mild steel, stainless, corten, or blackened; 1/16 to 1/2 in.
Weld seam length
Shop hours scale almost linearly with seam feet.
Finish
Raw and clear-coated, brushed, weathered, or blackened and waxed.
